Terms and Conditions
1. General
MAG Aviation Group provides aviation products and services to its customers. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
3. Payment
All payments must be made in full before any products or services are delivered or provided. We accept payments made by wire, ACH and check. Payments made via credit card and cryptocurrency are also accepted, however additional processing fees will apply. Processing fees are non-refundable.
4. Shipping, Delivery, Risk of Loss & Claims
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by MAG Aviation Group, all products are shipped FOB Origin. Title to and risk of loss of all products shall pass to the customer upon MAG Aviation Group's delivery of the products to the carrier, freight forwarder, courier, or other transportation provider at the point of origin.
Once a shipment has been tendered to and accepted by the carrier, MAG Aviation Group shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, shortage, theft, disappearance, misdelivery, delay, concealed loss, or damage occurring while the shipment is in the possession, custody, or control of the carrier or any subsequent transportation provider.
Carrier acceptance, shipping documentation, tracking information, bills of lading, airway bills, packing records, shipment weights, photographs, or other commercially reasonable shipping records may be used by MAG Aviation Group as evidence that the products identified in the shipment were tendered for transportation.
The customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments promptly upon delivery. Any shortage, missing item, visible damage, concealed damage, or other shipping discrepancy must be reported to MAG Aviation Group and the applicable carrier within five (5) business days of delivery. The customer shall preserve all shipping containers, packaging materials, labels, packing slips, and other evidence relating to the shipment until any claim has been fully resolved.
Claims involving loss, shortage, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring after tender to the carrier shall be made against the responsible carrier. At MAG Aviation Group's discretion, MAG Aviation Group may reasonably assist the customer in submitting or documenting a carrier claim; however, such assistance shall not constitute an assumption of liability by MAG Aviation Group.
If the customer requests or designates a particular carrier, freight forwarder, shipping account, routing instruction, or method of transportation, all risks and costs associated with such transportation shall be borne by the customer to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
MAG Aviation Group shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or business-interruption damages arising from or relating to delayed, lost, missing, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged shipments, including without limitation aircraft downtime, loss of use, lost revenue, lost profits, substitute transportation, maintenance delays, or third-party claims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this provision shall relieve MAG Aviation Group of responsibility for a shortage or nonconformity proven to have existed before the shipment was tendered to the carrier, nor shall this provision limit liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
MAG Aviation Group Return Policy – Post 30-Day Period
At MAG Aviation Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be circumstances where a return is necessary after the initial 30-day return period. However, please note that any returns requested beyond the 30-day period from the date of purchase will be handled under the following terms:
Discretionary Acceptance: Any return of parts beyond the 30-day window is subject to the sole discretion of MAG Aviation Group. MAG Aviation Group reserves the right to evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis and determine whether to accept or decline the return based on the condition of the part, inventory needs, and other relevant factors.
Refund Calculation for Accepted Returns:
- If MAG Aviation Group agrees to accept a returned part after the 30-day period, the customer will be entitled to a refund. The refund amount will be based on the actual amount that the returned part is re-sold for by MAG Aviation Group, should it be able to be resold.
- The refund will be reduced by a 30% administrative fee, which covers restocking, inspection, testing, and sales efforts required to process the returned item.
- All shipping costs incurred in the resale of the item will also be deducted.
Conditions for Returns Post 30- Day Period:
- The returned part must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
- Any returned part that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
- The customer must also provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, when requesting a return beyond the 30-day period.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return request beyond the 30-day period, customers must contact our Customer Service team at purchasing@MAGAviationGroup.com
- A representative will guide the customer through the evaluation process and inform them of the decision regarding the acceptance of the return.
- If the return is approved, instructions for returning the part will be provided. The customer must follow these instructions carefully to ensure the return is processed correctly.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-ordered parts, parts marked as "final sale," and any items specifically designated as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of the return period.
Processing Time:
- Refunds for accepted returns will be processed when and if the part is resold. The customer will receive confirmation of the refund amount and any applicable deductions once the return has been inspected, processed and resold.
By purchasing from MAG Aviation Group, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return Policy. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

6. Warranty
All products sold by MAG Aviation Group are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time. The length of the warranty period is specified in the product description. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
MAG Aviation Group shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this agreement or use of our website or inability to use our website by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or system failure, or loss of data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not MAG Aviation Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the MAG Aviation Group website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MAG Aviation Group and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the content without the express written permission of MAG Aviation Group.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
MAG Aviation Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAG Aviation Group operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
